Ordering
Orders may be placed online using e-mail, by fax, by mail or by phone. First time buyers using a credit card must fax or mail in a signed order form with there payment information. Please use our printable order form for fax and mailing orders. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment conformation. First time buyers must fill out the application form. We require our dealers to commit to a minimum first order of $500.00 (five hundred) or more.

Your credit card information should be included in your order which can be made by fax or mail. Personal and Company checks can be used as a method of payment by mail. Money orders and certified banks checks are also accepted by mail. All orders must be prepaid, and personal/business checks must clear before products are shipped
